How does it work?

Greek Mountain Tea
Greek Mountain Tea has been used in naturopathy for centuries and is famous for its ability to increase cognitive performance.
Recent research showed a positive effect on patients with decreased cognitve abilities. But only a certain extract had this effect.
Research results with Greek Mountain tea
Greek mountain tea is a long-known remedy for colds and upset stomachs. Since it was, and is, particularly popular among shepherds and goatherds, it is also called Shepherd's Tea in English. In Greece, it is often affectionately called "health tea".
The botanical name of the plant is Sideritis scardica, (English: Verbena). About 10 years ago, Prof. Pahnke triggered a veritable boom in medicinal plants. In experiments with mice, he and his team discovered positive effects of the plant on the brain. Over the years, plaque deposits can accumulate there, which means that the nerve cells in the brain are no longer adequately supplied. Certain active ingredients in Greek mountain tea/verbena are able to dissolve these plaques.
The use in humans led to an improvement in the language center as well as the ability to learn and orientate oneself.
St. John's Wort
St. John´s wort has likewise been used for many centuries to treat a wide variety of symptoms. As far back as Roman times, the plant was valued for its uplifting effects.
Research results with St. John's wort
St. John's wort has been used to treat depression for centuries. St. John's wort can influence the neurotransmitter balance in specific brain regions and thus stabilize the serotonin balance, among other things.
In the course of their experiments, Prof. Pahnke and his team discovered that St. John's wort activates the ABC transporters in the brain. These transport molecules are responsible for cleaning the brain. If their function is restricted, deposits can form in the brain. The researchers therefore dubbed these transport molecules "the garbage disposal of the brain".
In humans, the regular intake of a special extract of St. John's wort led to an improvement in the ability to speak and in the day-night rhythm. Renovare 500 is based on the formula developed as part of this research. Our St. John's Wort meets the pharmaceutical industry standard and is free from pesticides and additives of any kind.

Magnesium
Magnesium is important for over 300 enzymatic processes in the body. It is used to combat, among other things, tiredness and exhaustion. Magnesium supports the immune system and improves overall restistance to stress.
Magnesium is an essential mineral that we need to get from food or supplements. Magnesium improves or supports the communication of the synapses in the brain.
In animal experiments, researchers working with Guosong Liu at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (MIT), in Cambridge found a connection between an increased magnesium concentration in the brain and improved learning and memory performance. Magnesium is therefore an important component in maintaining and developing cognitive abilities.
Improve Cognitive Functions
Some people constantly misplace something, others can no longer concentrate or focus properly. At work, frustration increases because tasks are no longer as easy as they used to be. You have to hear a sentence over and over again until you understand it or you can't remember certain words. Friends and family notice this too. The decline in mental abilities is often not noticed until late and can lead to self-isolation and, in the worst case, to depressive moods. In 10-20% of cases of mental decline, those affected later develop Alzheimer's.
A study showed that special extracts of Greek Mountain Tea and St. John's Wort can reduce such symptoms which appeared in the last 6-9 month. If constantly consumed the patients were stable.
